Terms of Service

By accessing or using BoardSprint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

To use BoardSprint, you must create an account using Google or GitHub OAuth authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your authentication credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the information provided through your OAuth provider is accurate

You may use BoardSprint for lawful project management purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others

You retain full ownership of the content you create on BoardSprint, including boards, cards, comments, attachments, and other project data.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not share, sell, or use your content for any other purpose.

The BoardSprint name, logo, design, and software are the intellectual property of BoardSprint. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our branding or software without explicit written permission.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We shall not be liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details your rights under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) and GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish courts.

For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply in addition to Turkish law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
